RESUMO: A new species of dung beetle, Stiptopodius sekaii Daniel, sp. nov., from the eastern plateau of Angola, is described, diagnosed, and illustrated. A morphological comparison is provided between the new species and the similar Stiptopodius granulosus Branco, 2009, from Zambia. An additional plate featuring other Angolan Stiptopodius Harold, 1871 species (S. singularis (Péringuey, 1901), and S. mullerae Daniel & Deschodt, 2020) is also provided. Finally, an updated key to the species of the genus Stiptopodius is presented.
