RESUMO: Five species of Homophileurus are recorded for Colombia, including two new records from the Amazonian and Orinoquian regions: Homophileurus amazonicus and Homophileurus integer. The five species are diagnosed and illustrated. Additionally, based on their distribution in neighboring countries, two other species are likely to occur in Colombia and are illustrated. An identification key to all seven species is provided.
